The last two weeks were about beginning to establish consistency again. The real challenge was fitting in physical activity alongside family obligations. While I missed the first week's mileage target, I did get a lot of swimming in. The cross training seems to have worked out a couple kinks I still felt with my knee when running downhill. My hope is I can put in two more solid weeks and feel fit enough to start a real training schedule.

Good luck working your way back to fitness.
I like your blog site. Really interesting chart you keep. I posted today about the importance of easy runs, so I commend your balanced focus. Good luck with your return to "real training." Keep up the good running and posting!

I am an avid runner who has yet to move into the technological world. My daughter is adament that I buy an ipod since I love to run to music. She suggests this one: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000OXC006?tag=supplysherpa-20&camp=14573&creative=327641&linkCode=as1&creativeASIN=B000OXC006&adid=1R7ARYF0HRN04TR34EP2&
Does anyone have any recommendations for this iPod before I go out and spend the money?
