I went out again with my neighbor--this time at 7:00am. Overall, I ran a lot faster this time. We coasted up Main St., left on Williams Gap, then left on Scotland Heights. At one point, two dogs chased after us. We stopped to face them. My neighbor picked up two big rocks and shouted at them, which seemed to work as they slunk back to their driveway.
It was a beautiful morning, maybe upper 50s. It's great having someone to run with--pushes me harder and makes the run go by much faster.
